The City of Knoxville Police Advisory & Review Committee (PARC) will meet Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Small Assembly Room - City County Building.
PARC members will present information on cases received by KPD’s Internal Affairs Unit for the first quarter of 2024. The agenda (posted at
KnoxvilleTN.gov/PARC) also includes committee business, speakers who have requested to address the committee and a public forum, limited to five minutes per speaker.
Residents who would like to speak during the public forum can

Established in 1998, PARC is the City’s citizen review board and the longest continuously running citizen-run police advisory board in Tennessee. PARC provides an independent review of police activity and makes recommendations to the Chief of Police.
